All the fabulous illustrations, which you can admire on this post, are the result of the collaboration between  the French maison Louis Vuitton, the Australian fashion illustrator Kerrie Hess and the stylist and magazine editor Kim Hersov.

Louis Vuitton has created the ultimate paper dolls, for both nostalgic grown-ups and mini-fashionistas (so for Suri Cruise and little friends), to show

how the Ready To Wear Icons of the house and the pieces of the new Summer/Spring 2013 collection can be perfectly matched together, with the result of having inventive and distinctive looks!

These illustrations are so characteristic thanks to the Kerrie Hess' hand, which have made those dolls like polished women with armonius traits. In general I love fashion illustration but I think that those ones are so unique beacuse of the delicate stroke and the pastel colors. A perfect way to more state the brand's refinement and elegance.

Here there are the 4 looks presented by the brand and styled by Kim Hersov, matching the 2 collection on each doll. Unlike the rest of the luxury goods of the brand, these won’t cost you an arm and a leg:

Le favolose illustrazioni, che potete ammirare in questo post, sono il risultato della collaborazione tra  la maison francese Louis Vuitton, l’illustratrice di moda Australiana Kerrie Hess e la stylist e magazine editor Kim Hersov.

Louis Vuitton ha creato queste paper doll, adatte sia per coloro che all’animo da eterno bambino non  vogliono assolutamente rinunciare sia per tutte le piccole fashioniste (ottimo regalo per Suri Cruise e amiche), con l’intento di mostrare come i capi iconici (Ready To Wear) della casa di moda e i pezzi della nuova collezione primavera/estate 2013 possano essere perfettamente abbinati tra loro, portando ad avere come risultato look distintivi e innovativi.

Le paper dolls sono state il gioco di moltissime bambine per oltre 200 anni e attualmente, soprattutto quelle vintage, sono oggetti pregiati e molto ricercati a causa della durata limitata del materiale con cui sono  state realizzate.

Queste sono molto particolari, grazie alla mano di Kerrie Hess che ha reso queste bambole donne raffinate dai tratti armonici. 

Adoro le illustrazioni in generale ma credo che queste siano davvero uniche grazie ai tratti leggeri e ai colori pastello che le caratterizzano, un modo eccezionale per esprimere maggiormente la raffinatezza ed eleganza del brand.
